Become a member

I, the undersigned, declare that I wish to become a member of the "Chinese-Polish Chamber of Commerce" and I declare that my enterprise accedes to its membership and shall comply with the Chamber's articles of association and participate in all meetings organized by the Chamber. I also promise to maintain the Chamber’s good reputation and to pay the Chamber’s membership fees punctually. I declare that the information provided herein is true and I undertake to inform the Chamber about any changes. I consent to the processing of my personal data for the Chamber’s registered purposes. I have been informed of my right to access and amend my personal data. The provision of such data is voluntary.
